New fee structure

The Trademark Clearinghouse, launching the 26th of March, has announced some crucial changes in its fee structure. The changes are applicable to Trademark Holders and Trademark Agents who opt for a Prepayment Account (Advanced Fee Structure)

The threshold levels to reach the next discount are significantly lower. A Trademark Agent or a Trademark Holder opting for the Advanced Fee Structure will now pass through the lower discount levels much faster. The amount of Status Points held by a Trademark Holder or Trademark Agent determines which price level is applicable to the registration of such Trademark.
