Prepayment Account

The Advanced Fee Structure is available to both Trademark Holders and Trademark Agents for which you will need to set-up a Prepayment Account. This Advanced Fee Structure offers discounted pricing based on volume, which can be as low as USD 105 per registration.

Subscribers of the Advanced Fee Structure earn Status Points for each registration or renewal. Multi-year registrations earn you more Status Points than a single-year registration:
  • Each 1-year Trademark registration: 1 point
  • Each 3-year Trademark registration: 4 points
  • Each 5-year Trademark registration: 7 points

The Status Points determine how much you will pay for a registration at that point in time. The discounts given are incremental, meaning you first pass through the lower levels before attaining the highest discount level.
